Bruntingthorpe Paperwork
Application Purpose
Bruntingthorpe Paperwork is a private timesheet and paperwork tool for drivers and payroll teams. It helps users record shift details, mileage, allowances, collections, deliveries, expenses, and notes, then generate and email timesheet paperwork.
Users can connect Microsoft Outlook/Live or Google Gmail so timesheet emails are sent from their own email account. Email account access is used only to send the timesheet emails requested by the user.
Record work
Capture shift dates, holiday, mileage, cars, allowances, expenses, collections and deliveries.
Create paperwork
Generate timesheet files and summaries for payroll and record keeping.
Send emails
Send timesheet emails using the system sender or a user-connected Microsoft or Google email account.
